Installation Overview
A quick overview of what happens during your installation day, from delivery to final review.
Delivery Confirmation
You’ll be contacted the morning of the scheduled installation and delivery date.
Pre-Installation Review
An installer will review the work order before installation begins.
Final Walkthrough & Q&A
Your installer will review your structure with you before departing. Any final questions you have can also be answered at this time.
Professional Installation
On-site installation for most sheds can be completed within one or two days. Your installer will arrive with the wood pre-cut and pre-primed, minimizing disruption to your day and your landscape. Larger and/or more complex sheds will require additional days yet still provide minimal disruption.
Final Walkthrough & Questions
Before wrapping up the installation, your installer will walk you through every detail of your new shed - explaining key features, maintenance tips, and care recommendations. This is also the perfect time to ask any final questions to ensure you're fully confident and satisfied with your new structure before they leave.
Paint to Protect
Painting your shed is essential to extending the life of your shed. To maintain the shed’s warranty, you must paint it within 30 days of installation. Our sheds do not come painted, but the exterior walls are factory-primed and ready for you to paint.
Shed Care & Maintenance
Like your home, your new shed will require occasional maintenance to ensure many years of use and a valid warranty. In addition to re-painting every few years, you should perform other routine maintenance:
Trim grass and vegetation around the shed's perimeter.
Do not mound soil or mulch against the siding.
Do not stack anything against the exterior of your building, such as firewood.
Lubricate locks with silicone to prevent freezing.
Do not let sprinklers spray your building.
